Cocoa warehouse

Amandi holding limited present here under the new concept for Cocoa warehouse at

the port of Takoradi.

Republic of Ghana, ministry of transportation are leading a project by the Ghana port

authorities for storing Cocoa prior ship loading.

The basis of the project deals with shortening the ship loading time, by mean of

collecting the Cocoa ready for delivery near to the harbor in sufficient amount. As the

ship is ready for loading, the required amount of cocoa is available, transporting it to

the ship will done in short time.

The warehouse is required to have the capacity for loading a ship of up to 30,000 ton

within 48 Hr. Those, the operational capacity shall rated for about 800 T/hr.

This work is dealing with the warehouse arrangement in order to build an efficient

operation that handle 50,000 tons of Cocoa in sacks.
